The hotel is ideal and reasonably clean, has nice views of the ocean. The continental breakfast is incredible, I liked it. Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to the town of Ponce.

Had very good stay in long time and the weather was lovely. The room was kept very clean and available with a nice view of the pool area.

Booked pool double room, had a great stay at the pool area. They offered us excellent meals, had variety of options to choose from.

Everything was good, including accommodating staff and unbeatable location in front of the beach A+++. Booked a room with magnificent views of the sea.

The location was peaceful and magnificent, just off beach and shop and entertainment. A wide array of food options very close to the venue.

I loved that hotel's lobby was luxurious. Had very affordable room with a beautiful view, balcony and patio for an outstanding stay. The people working here were very proactive and always pleasant. I did not want to leave, so would recomand this property.

The location was marvelous, the room was nice styled with a pleasant view. I loved the room, the bed was perfect. Breakfast was fine there. Fast check in and late check out. Plus their wifi was strong. It was reasonably priced, compared to other touristic hotels.

Peaceful hotel, everything was great. The property room was breathtaking with view. The poolside bar was great and the staff were courteous.

The hotel property was good standard with beautiful location adjacent to Beach and malls as well as the casino. The staff was helpful, attentive, and everything was excellent. It was good to have complementary drinks in the pool bar.

It was a really nice stay, fantastic little place. Fairly quiet room and in a favourable location. A good beach, exceptional view. Amazingly kind stuff, where eager to help all the time. There was lots of superb options for American breakfast.

The hotel was neat with wonderful location and luxury rooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Beds were lovely, everything was terrific. My experience at this absolutely great property was wonderful!

The hotel was family oriented, my room was just fine. Soft beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private safe and a work desk. Simply delicious breakfast with so good meals. Loved the beach area. Had alcoholic drinks in the coffee bar in the evening: D

More than clean hotel and rooms and a very beautiful location. Room was modern and new-fashioned. I loved their enjoyable breakfast for two. Just a walk down to the perfect beach. The service was FRIENDLY, I had 2 fabulous nights here.

Staff was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. We were moved to a double room and had a laptop-size safe, a mini-fridge and a writing desk. It was not far from Playa Hilton Ponce. The pool is nice and relaxing too.
